- A maximum of two (2) guests permitted.
- Unsuitable for pets.
- Unsuitable for accommodating children under 18 years.

Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy
- The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
- Bookings cancelled within 14 days receive no refund, unless the property is able to be re-booked the entire period.
- If the guest cancels less than 48 hours before the stay, all payments will be lost regardless of whether the property is re-booked.
- If a cancellation is made due to Covid 19 then all money is refunded.
