Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy

• Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Balance of the rental amount must be received 14 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.
• Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
• The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
• The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case all payments will be refunded to the guest in full.
